OUTLOOK:
Central and southern California will be windy and dry. Winter storm warnings and advisories have been issued for the mountains of northern California. The snow level will lower to 4,500 feet in the far north and 8,000 feet in the central portion of the state. Temperatures will be in the 40's to 70's in the mountains, the 60's to 80's in the coastal valleys, and the 70's to 90's in the inland valleys and deserts.
Texas and Louisiana will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the 80's throughout this area.
